Job Summary

Management of personal loans to ensure their performance by the mitigation of the Company’s Credit losses and deployment of innovative interventions on individual customer facilities to prevent further deterioration of the facilities.

Job Description

Duties
  • Appraise and process loans submitted to the fund secretariat
  • Ensure credit risks are adequately mitigated to protect and enhance the quality of the Fund’s Risk Asset portfolio
  • Contribute towards credit process improvement initiative with a view of identifying process lapses and also suggest ways of correcting same
  • Contribute towards the preparation of management and statutory reports
  • Maintenance of comprehensive and up to date collateral register
  • Contribute towards the maintenance and periodic review of credit files and documents
  • Provide client Services
  • Any other responsibilities that will be assigned

Education
  • Minimum of 1st Degree from a recognized university
  • Master Degree from a recognized institution would be an added advantage

Work History
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a financial industry 2 years of which should have been an appraisal officer/Credit Officer
