Job Description

Overview

This is a fulltime position in a reputable company with the vision of becoming Ghana’s preferred travel and Tour Operator by constantly improving, evolving and refining our services to meet our client’s specific needs.

Reports to

He/She reports directly to the Business/ Operations Manager

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • General office administration
  • Planning and booking reservations
  • Itinerary planning
  • Tour planning
  • Customer service and addressing queries
  • Selling products and services
  • Establishing executive level, long-term customer relationship for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned by superior

 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ industry experience in a similar role within the last four (4) years with an IATA approved agency or airline
  • At least 2 years working experience of Amadeus GDS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Office administration experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the tourism industry
  • Marketing and selling skills
  • Completion of a certified ticketing course or IATA/UFTA Diploma is an advantage
