Duties:

1. Responsible for overseeing all the administrative duties at schools.

2. Manages the student life cycle from registration/admission to graduation/leaving.

3. Keeps programs running smoothly and provides leadership on both ordinary days and in times of crisis.

4. Must maintain high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures.

5. Assists with recruitment, public or alumni relations and marketing activities

6. Responsible for drawing and implementing budgets, logistics, schedules, disciplinary actions, evaluations and public relations. 

7. Responsible for planning events and implementing curriculum.

8. Ensure that the school follows regulations set by local and state authorities. 

9. Provides administrative support and is responsible for coordinating activities of employees (teachers, academic advisors, custodial workers, etc).

10. Coordinates examination and assessment processes

11. Responsible for the circulation of information amongst staff, pupils and their parents. 

12. Handles queries and complaints procedures

13. Serve as a liaison between the school and other institutions, external agencies and local authorities.
