Job Description

  • Supervise day to day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events including meetings and conferences.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems and policies.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.


Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of 1st degree, HND, Diploma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Customer service oriented
