Job Title: Administrator

Job Location: Teshie-Nungua/Asylum Down, Greater Accra

Job Description

  • Coordinate day-to-day office activities: Ensure all transactions are handled on time, be updated on projects and activities by all staff, contractors and partners etc
  • Maintain office files, prepare monthly and annual reports
  • Handle minor financial transactions for the office, such as collecting payments and deposits, issuing receipts and purchasing needed supplies
  • Respond to telephone, email, walk-in and website contact form inquiries
  • Collect, process and distribute incoming mail as well as compose and send correspondence for other office staff
  • Assist management and other staff to ensure compliance with applicable statutory laws
  • Represent the organization at conferences, seminar and other programs

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND
  • At least 2 years experience
  • Training and experience in office administration 
  • Candidate should be able to manage an office without supervision
  • Must have very good communication skills, both vocal and writing
  • Must take initiative,and have very good problem solving skills
  • Candidate must be honest, responsible and be prepared to work beyond regular office hours and on weekends to meet targets
