Job Description

  • Organise and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with staff to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes


Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of first degree in Administration from Ashesi University is required
  • At least one year working experience

NB: Only recent graduates from Ashesi University will be considered
