Job Title: Administrative Secretary

Job Location: Accra (Awoshie Palas Town), Greater Accra

Job Description
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, requests and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverable's

Qualification and Requirements 
  • A minimum of a diploma is required
  • At least one year work experience 
  • Knowledge in ICT Tools and Technologies is required
  • Knowledge in French language (reading, speaking and writing) is an advantage
  • Qualified applicant should be willing and prepared to travel within Ghana and West Africa
  • Must have an Office Administration and background
