Job Description

  • Provide administrative support and office services in the execution of the day to day admin activities of the department and the entire organization
  • Provide management services to the Drivers team.
  • In addition to the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the office and IT systems you will assist with programme support by organizing programme and project meetings, assisting with programme documents and records.
  • Detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite to assist in Preparing and Filing reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents. Also maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system. Perform Data Entry
  • Retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Maintains an efficient and effective administrative support to the Administrative Head, and all Heads of Department as required.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Preparing reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
