Your Responsibilities would include (but are not limited to) as outlined below:
- Coordinates the acquisition and renewal of work and residence permits for expatriates.
- Preparing visa extensions for expatriates.
- Preparing quota letters and reserving tickets for expatriates.
- Preparing and Filing reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents. Also maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system. Perform Data Entry
- Retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Maintains an efficient and effective administrative support to the Managing Director, and all Heads of Department as required.
- Open, sort and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, invoices and other indexed documents
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Preparing reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
- Assists in the execution of the day to day admin activities of the department and the entire organization
