Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description

  • Work closely with Management and other supporting staff helping them to manage their workload whiles ensuring efficient operation of the office.
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings, compose and review correspondence, handle requests and queries, conduct research, create presentations and prepare reports
  • Book and make travel arrangements for clients and ensure clients’ demands are adequately addressed
  • Create and manage company social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Secretarial Services or related discipline
  • Experience as an Administrative or Personal Assistant, or in other secretarial position an advantage
