  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
  • Check invoices for inaccuracies
  • Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
  • Handle general account queries
  • Contact clients about invoices that are past due

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years as a financial accounts officer
  • Experienced in SAGE, payroll and invoicing
  • Should have a relevant HR background, CIPD is a plus
  • Experience with Compliance and HR Policy making
  • Degree or certified in HR and related fields
  • ACCA , CIMA is a plus
