We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our vibrant team.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 4 years

Job Description

1.      Accurate filing of invoices, vouchers, receipts and other financial records

2.      Processing invoices and sending copies to customers

3.      Updating customers’ account regularly

4.      Writing cheques for payments

5.      Tracking expenses and preparing weekly expenditure reports

6.      Reconciling customer’s accounts on a weekly basis

7.      Liaising with clearing Agents on expenses needed for clearing

8.      Crosschecking proforma invoices paid with actual invoices and receipts

9.      Assist in preparing documents for foreign transfer
