Job Description

  • Voucher entry into the system (SYS&OA)
  • Review of Departmental OA in the system
  • Check import expense invoice
  • Import Goods and Freight Invoice
  • Daily reconciliation of cash (all entries)
  • In-charge of all Import documents
  • Reconciliation of all bank accounts (with their respective currencies), VAT and withholding tax
