Reports To: The General Manager

 

Job Summary

  • The Sales, Marketing and Publicity Manager will be coordinating and controlling marketing, advertising, promotion and sales of the company’s products and services in order to make financial success a reality. He/she will be responsible for drawing up and managing the marketing strategy. He /she will ensure the successful promotion and managing of the brand, working with advertising agencies and managing relationships with agencies and clients. It is his/her duty to present the company to the public as the one stop brand for all industrial and commercial steel structures. He/she is to oversee budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions, monitor competition and supervise the Marketing and Sales Department staff. He/she is responsible for generating new ideas for customer incentives or business packages and perform other sales and marketing duties

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for training, supervising and supporting the company's sales team to achieve set budget
  • Oversee budgets and budgetary restrictions and measure costs for all projects 
  • Propose marketing and promotions campaigns, perform demonstrations and implement these campaigns
  • Establish procurement and growth policies
  • Research and be familiar with new construction technologies and equipment
  • Advertise and sell products to create competitive advantages for the company
  • He/she will use all the possibilities of marketing: generating unique selling propositions, creating engagement-worthy advertisements, emails and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies and building a sales plan
  • Responsible for promoting the company's existing brands as well as introducing new products into the marketplace
  • Responsible for observing the market, competitors and industry trends and drives strategies for increasing awareness of the company's products among the target audience
  • Responsible for monitoring the business brand and upholding the consistent identity of the Business's image
  • Responsible for the strategic planning process and for business initiatives relative to Marketing and Planning
  • Develop new marketing material for branding and business development purposes while implementing marketing and branding policies, objectives and initiatives
  • Review staffing levels and capabilities and participates in the selection of marketing talent
  • Direct, conduct and coordinate the sales, marketing, proposal, research, and planning activities
  • Approve marketing, research, planning programs, and other marketing services of the organization
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Business Administration (Marketing Option)
  • MBA in Business Administration (Marketing Option)
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience preferably in the construction industry
  • Age Range: 35–40 years

  • Knowledge in online marketing
