The Company

A New & Innovative tech company based in East Legon – Accra.  TroTro TV is an advertising platform and part of the Ad-space group.  A global advertising company based in the UK.

We are currently looking to expand our advertising platform to West Africa with a base of operations based in Ghana and are looking for 2 new sales and marketing executives to join the team.  These roles are being offered as part of the implementation stage of our service to Ghana and West Africa.

The successful candidates will be given a structured career path, with the possibility of progression to managerial positions within the company and also the opportunity to travel across Africa.

Job Title: Sales Executive


Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra


Job Summary

  • To achieve agreed sales targets for a fast growth adverting business through direct sales of advertising space to medium – large companies. We are looking for high intensity sales professionals who are driven, ambitious and confident to work on their own initiative to join a leading advertising company
  • The sales and marketing executive position will be office based with a field-based element, with the aim to drive sales and visibility of our services and present them to potential clients across your dedicated area.  You will be targeting SME’s – large organisations and selling them advertising space on the TroTro TV platform


Job Description

As a sales & marketing executive you will be expected to:

  • Make approximately 250 calls a week
  • Book 5 Meetings a week
  • Develop a list of customers through self-generation and together with the support from the marketing team
  • Manage the end to end sales process with customers from first meeting/call – assessing needs, building and pricing the offer to closing the deal and administrating the setup
  • Achieve and exceed margin targets
  • Attend company events & assist in marketing
  • Full training will be given

  • Strong commercial selling skills and techniques
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Experience of working to tight timelines and under pressure
  • Flexible, adaptable and up for a challenge
  • Communicate effectively with a range of people
  • Computer literate
  • Proven sales experience preferably in B2B Solutions

  • We are offering the successful candidates a competitive salary with commission on successful sales as well as company perks such as a company mobile & laptop
  • Salary: 500 GHC – 1,000 GHC a month
  • On target commission ranging between 500 – 2,000 Cedis a month
