Job Description

  • Provide Administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Manage daily itinerary of the CEO
  • Ability to anticipate needs
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing calls
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate board meeting
  • Write reports/minutes
  • Proofreading documents, creating and maintaining files, copying and comb binding
  • Coordinate miscellaneous personal duties as needed
  • Make independent decisions and solve problems independently
  • Handle administrative functions for the Managing Director and department
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries
  • Prepare special reports or power point presentations as requested by the Managing Director
  • Provide other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of a first degree in Business Administration from any accredited University in Ghana or Abroad
  • A Master's is a plus
  • At least 5 years work experience as a PA/Secretary/Admin Officer
  • Good written and communication skills of the English language is a must have
  • Office management, secretarial duties, records keeping, proficiency in Microsoft Office suit is a must
  • Should be confident, intelligent, honest, proactive and assertive
  • Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
