Persol Systems Limited seeks the services of a Business Development Executive 


Job Title: Business Development Executive 


Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra


Job Description

  • Sell the company’s products (Software & Hardware) and other professional services
  • Prepare and present software demos to prospective clients including handling objections and negotiating pricing
  • Develop and maintain new accounts with company clients. Liaising with Project Teams to ensure that clients are happy with solution delivery to purchase other company products
  • Build relationships with prospective clients by customising the company's offerings to suit their business needs and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Submit meaningful weekly/monthly reports in relation to job responsibilities to aid management decision making
  • Engage with C-level (CEO,COO,CFO,CIO) executives to understand industry imperatives, develop business scenarios and solutions to address same
  • Assist in organising business forums to engage a large group of prospective clients and to take advantage to reach out to such businesses with our superior business solutions
  • Take product-specific certification exams with our strategic partners in order to deepen product knowledge to address customers software/hardware needs profitably
  • Perform other duties when required


Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of a first degree in Sales or Marketing
  • At least 3-5 years work experience in selling software or services
  • Must have a sales craft
  • Experience in proposal writing and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and bids is a must
