We celebrate that journey under the theme Growing Careers &amp; Organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The theme reflects the two sides of the work we do every day. For jobseekers, growth can mean finding a first job, developing new skills, changing career direction or taking the next step in their professional journey. For organisations, it means finding the right people, building stronger teams and creating workplaces where talent can contribute and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past 14 years, the world of work has changed. The expectations of jobseekers have evolved, organisations have had to adapt to new ways of working, and the skills required across industries continue to shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through it all, our focus has remained on helping people and organisations navigate these changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But an anniversary is also a chance to look beyond what has already been done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/shorts\/OcMOv_I0cVw?feature=share\">As we celebrate 14 years<\/a>, we are thinking about what growth should look like in the years ahead. How do we help more people make informed career decisions? How do we help organisations find talent that fits their needs?
