HR even pauses there for emphasis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is who we are,\u201d they say. But every Ghanaian employee knows the real test of company values doesn\u2019t happen on the wall. It happens on a random Tuesday at 10:17 a.m., in a meeting you didn\u2019t plan to speak in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That was the case for Kojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kojo had been at KAK Logistics for a year. Sharp guy. Always early. <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.jobberman.com.gh\/discover\/deadline-dramas-the-power-of-teamwork-in-crunch-time\">Never missed a deadline<\/a>.
