With a clear vision for his future from an early age, he chose to study Science at\u00a0Presec for senior high school\u00a0and later pursued Engineering at MITIt was during his undergraduate studies that he discovered a passion for management, which led him to earn a master\u2019s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Driven by a growing interest in technology and the <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.jobberman.com.gh\/discover\/how_to_design_a_strong_portfolio_thatstands-out_in_the_digital_marketing_space\">digital landscape<\/a>, Ato joined Google Ghana as a Program Manager, where he focused on outreach, developer relations, and youth engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this interview, Ato shares three major shifts he foresees in his industry\u2014particularly how entrepreneurs will need to develop viable products that adapt to an ever-evolving cultural landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also challenges common misconceptions, noting that managers aren\u2019t necessarily leaders and don&#8217;t have all the answers.
