Jobberman Ghana Limited, Ghana’s No 1 jobs website in line with its core value of promoting continuous learning has partnered the Springboard Roadshow Foundation (SRSF) for this year’s edition of the Springboard Roadshow.

The Springboard Road Show which is the brainchild of Reverend Albert and Mrs Comfort Ocran, is the nation’s biggest personal development conference. This initiative since it began in 2006, has greatly impacted the lives of 120, 000 youth across the length and breadth of the country. This year, the annual event celebrates a decade of impacting up-and-coming business executives, entrepreneurs and graduates across the country; through career guidance, one-on-one mentoring, training workshops and presentations.

For the 2016 edition, it is under the theme “Dare to Dream”. The ‘Dare to Dream’ series seeks to expose the lessons and the experiences of people who have come through the springboard roadshow over the years, and also explore the story of people who took a little and made it big through the programme.

Commenting on Jobberman Ghana’s partnership with this annual event, CEO of Jobberman Ghana, Babajide Otoki, noted that Jobberman as a brand over the years has contributed to the personal development of job seekers in the country and this year seeks to partner the SRSF to reinforce its core values personal development and continuous learning.

“Over the years, we have in our own small way as a company, contributed to the personal and career development of active and passive job seekers. We are not only committed to providing an avenue for people to find their dream jobs but to develop themselves as well”.

Mr. Otoki intimated that to ensure that all and sundry benefit from this year’s event, Jobberman Ghana, together with other sponsors have directed the SRSF to make attendance in all ten (10) major cities free to all participants.

“As a good corporate citizen and community partner, we want to ensure that as many people benefit from this year’s event. Cost should not be a hindrance to any one and it is in the light of this that we are partnering the SRSF to make attendance free for participants,” Mr Otoki, said in a statement.

Mr. Otoki entreated all and sundry, particularly job seekers to take full advantage of the opportunity to develop themselves while searching for their dream jobs, adding “As part of the event, career and personal development topics such as CV writing and interviewing tips, etc are some of the highlights of this year’s event and users on our platform must make it a point to use this opportunity to develop themselves”.
