    Handles Internal and External recruitment; on boarding and orientation
  • Zm9yd2FyZGluZ19pcCA9IDU0LjE2Ni4xMDUuMjQscmVtb3RlX2FkZHJlc3MgPSA1NC4xNjYuMTA1LjI0
    In charge of co-ordinating HR Management in West African English speaking countries
  • Zm9yd2FyZGluZ19pcCA9IDU0LjE2Ni4xMDUuMjQscmVtb3RlX2FkZHJlc3MgPSA1NC4xNjYuMTA1LjI0
    Manages global HR process implementation (talent & performance management)

    Directs administration of compensation and benefits system

    Implements performance management process

    Labour Law Administration for West African English speaking countries

    Staff welfare and Employee engagement

    Aligning and updating local policies with global changes

Qualification and Requirements
Who we are looking for a manager with:

    Excellent communication skills and coordination skills and capability of exerting strategic influence

    Enhance the existing people management practices and policies of Damco Logistics Ghana Ltd, while complying with labour law and Global Damco logistics policies

    Good knowledge of West Africa Labour legislation and labour environment in English speaking countries

    Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly adapt to new systems strongly preferred

    Should have a 1st degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioural Science or Management; Masters in HR and/or Business Administration

    Should have at least 5-7 years experience in general Human Resources, organisational design and planning and labour law
