A leading savings and loans company is seeking to recruit professional and innovative individuals with the imagination and determination to deliver clear direction and excellent services to its stakeholders:- Head Of Remittances and e-Banking
Job Title: Head Of Remittances and e-Banking
Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra Region
The job holder will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Remittances and e-Banking department towards achieving effective and stringent framework in line with the Company’s policies and national law,
- Keep abreast of market developments,
- Design and implement strategies that will yield positive impact on the business, prospects and win agents/clients,
- Manage agents/clients relationship delivering excellent customer care services, manage a team of specialist personnel in a highly regulated area of the business
Qualification and Requirements
- At least five(5) years experience at management position in Remittances and e-Banking
- A good first degree from a recognize university, Master’s degree qualification and training on Remittances and e-Banking
- Experience of managing a team in Remittances and e–Banking business
- Must have comprehensive control of the Remittances and e-Banking business (compliance and ethical standards, dealing with strategic and operational issues).
- Excellent knowledge of Remittances and e-Banking products and demonstration of impact on the business
- Excellent knowledge on applicable laws, rules and regulation
- Excellent knowledge of Bank Operations
- Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills
- Must possess strong ICT skills
