Job Location: Tamale, Northern Region
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making decisions regarding the financing and structure of a hospital. Evaluate procedures and health care efficiency.
- Work with administrators to plan, strategise and coordinate the health services of a hospital.
- Supervise all areas of a hospital, including physicians, health information technicians, nursing, medical records and more.
- Create many reports to analyse the effectiveness of various departments and work to reach financial goals and maintain budgets.
Qualification and Requirements
- MBA / Health Service Planning and Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Management position
- Human Resource Management Skill is an added advantage
