Job Title: Administrative Assistant

 

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

 

Job Description

  • Provide general support to marketing and sales officers, distributors and visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters
  • Organize, schedule and attend promotional events
  • Manage events calendar for the company and assist and arrange logistics for meetings 
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Serve as sales support staff
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain and update contact lists of all stakeholders
  • Coordinate  travel arrangements for staff 
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager and Officers of the company

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of a degree is required
  • At least 1-3 years work experience
