Job Title: Office Administrator

 

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

 

Job Description

  • Maintain a clean and well organised office environment
  • Maintain an efficient and effective information system to ensure proper storage and easy retrieval
  • Draft and prepare all correspondence
  • Organise Management and Board meetings
  • Coordinate activities of the various departments
  • Manage purchases and ensure  imports are tracked and cleared on time
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Department in organising Product Workshops
  • Organise social functions
  • Ensure proper interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage HR functions (Recruitments, Leave Management, Staff Benefits etc.)
  • Coordinate staff training and development
  • Coordinate performance management process
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors
  • Secure permits and visas for expatriates
  • Supervise other administrative staff

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • A good university degree in Administration
  • At least 5 years experience in middle level position
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A high sense of adaptability to change and conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, oral and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Client service skills
  • A good sense of discretion
  • A high level of motivation
  • Highly ethical and efficient
