Job Title: Customer Service Officer

 

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

 

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain existing client relationships
  • Interact and correspond with prospective clients
  • Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets

 

Qualification and Requirements 

  • Higher national Diploma or degree
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Good typing, numerical and keyboard skills Preferred
  • Knowledge of funding processes 
  • Good standard of computer literacy 
  • Excellent standard of oral and written skills 
  • Ability to organise and be systematic 
  • Able to work in a team environment 
  • Works well under pressure and in high volume workflow environment 
  • Strong commitment to quality customer service 
  • Willingness to be multi-skilled
